Process introduction and coaching in the area of agile methods
Our customer, a medium-sized company in northern Germany, is the market leader in the production of various products for the craft and industrial manufacturing sectors. In order to maintain and improve the quality of the products, supporting IT processes were developed and introduced. With the implementation of these processes, KPI-based monitoring was made possible and at the same time the reporting based on this was established. In parallel to the introduction of IT service management processes in accordance with ITIL, agile techniques were also established to expand the classic process model and make it more flexible. The tasks within the project included project management, the management of change for the controlled introduction of the project and the technical validation of the project.
