Successful interim management in the area of enabling: short-term support for a renowned management consultant
A leading full-service provider for business and IT consulting in the automotive industry commissioned us to manage its Enabling business unit at short notice. Our mandate included operational management and technical leadership, customer acquisition and the expansion of the business unit. With our expertise, we were able to take over seamlessly and contribute to the stability and further development of the division.
A renowned full-service provider for business and IT consulting in the automotive industry was faced with the challenge of filling the position of Head of its Enabling business unit at short notice. This unit encompasses the company's critical financial and purchasing systems, which play a central role in the overall management of the organisation. To fill this gap, we were asked to take the lead.
Our main tasks were the operational management of the division and the technical leadership of the managers within it. In doing so, we ensured that all processes ran smoothly and that the company's high standards were maintained. In addition, we were largely responsible for customer acquisition and the expansion of the business area in order to further strengthen our client's growth and market position.
We regularly reported to the company's management on all management activities and relevant key figures. Our comprehensive reports always provided a transparent overview of the current status and progress in the area of enabling.
Thanks to our swift takeover and efficient management, we were able to ensure a seamless handover and stabilise operations. Our expertise helped to open up new business opportunities and drive forward the long-term development of the company.
