In a large-scale automation and digitalization program in the area of software development, we took over the technical project management for a large German IT service provider that serves federal state banks. Our focus was on supporting the design of various basic, framework and operating contracts. Thanks to our advice at IT and strategic level, all project activities were optimized and important milestones achieved.

As part of an ambitious automation and digitalization programme in the cloud development sector, we acted as technical project manager for a major German IT service provider serving federal state banks. Our main task was to support the business project manager from the sales department by providing comprehensive advice on a technical IT and strategic level.

A key focus of our work was to support the drafting of various basic, framework and operating agreements. These contracts formed the foundation for the successful implementation of the cloud development program. Our work included identifying existing solutions and evaluating them as part of a potential analysis to ensure that the contractual agreements met both the requirements of the federal state banks and the strategic objectives of the IT service provider.

The results of our analyses and concept developments were carefully coordinated with all stakeholders and interface partners. We prioritized measures and prepared the negotiations for the necessary contracts in order to create a solid legal basis for the project. Through our continuous monitoring and follow-up of open issues, we ensured that the project ran smoothly and contributed significantly to the success of the cloud development program.
