Car manufacturer modernises sales with new direct sales programme
A leading German car manufacturer commissioned us with the rollout management of a new direct marketing system. The aim was to convert the sales model from wholesale to retail in the Central European region. Thanks to our coordination of the system changeover and comprehensive training, we were able to organise the transition efficiently and prepare the affected employees in the best possible way.
As part of a strategic initiative, we assumed responsibility for the rollout management of a new direct sales programme for a leading German car manufacturer. The aim was to convert the existing sales model from wholesale to retail in order to be able to react more flexibly and directly to customer needs.
Our task was to coordinate the necessary system conversions in nine Central European markets. This included the technical implementation and the adaptation of business processes to the new sales system. The challenge was to organise the rollout in such a way that the changeover went smoothly while ensuring the continuity of business operations.
A key part of our project was training the employees concerned in the new agile working methods. We developed various tools and monitors to track the progress and performance of the system changes. We also designed training and coaching sessions to prepare employees for the new system. We conducted these training sessions in all affected markets to ensure that staff could utilise the new processes and technologies effectively.
Through our work, we were able to help the client successfully transform their sales model and increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. The introduction of the new direct marketing system marked a significant step in the company's strategic realignment and created a solid foundation for future growth in the retail segment.
