Successful transition of operations: ITIL consulting supports public law institution with OZG implementation

A public law institution commissioned our team as ITIL process consultants to support the transition of a wide range of online services, developed against the backdrop of the new Online Access Act (OZG), into regular operations. Our comprehensive analysis and strategic planning ensured a smooth transition of operations, allowing the online services to be operated efficiently and reliably.

As part of a major long-term project to implement the Online Access Act (OZG), our client, a public law institution, has developed a large number of online services. To ensure the transition of these services from the development phase to regular operations, we were called in as ITIL process consultants.

Our work began with a detailed analysis of the existing interim operation, which had been established over several years during the project period. The aim was to identify the necessary steps and resources for the transition to line operation. In doing so, we took into account both the specific requirements and needs of the client as well as the applicable legal framework.

Working closely with the teams involved, we drew up a detailed concept for the transfer of operations. This included defining clear responsibilities, creating a timeline and setting milestones. This precise planning enabled everyone involved to work towards a common goal.

During implementation, we continuously monitored progress and adjusted our strategy as necessary to ensure the transition ran smoothly. Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders was an essential part of our work. This enabled us to meet requirements precisely and to identify and address potential risks at an early stage.

Based on our careful planning and coordination, the public law institution is now able to provide efficient and reliable line operations that significantly support the implementation of the OZG.
